At the end of October we were notified by the DfE that they had approved our voluntary conversion to academy status to join Stowe Valley Multi-Academy Trust (SVMAT). 

We now have a proposed date of conversion is now 1^st April 2025. 

In the past few months, a considerable amount of work has been undertaken to prepare for this process including regular meetings with the DfE, SVMAT and Warwickshire County Council. The main aspects of these meetings and discussions have been around the legalities of the conversion related to land transfer, finance and HR processes.

We are very optimistic that the conversion date will be met and on this date there will be no noticeable changes but we are very much looking forward to the school and children benefiting from us joining the MAT.
