This week the children completed their first full week in Reception and have already grown in confidence. We read 'The Family Book' and talked about how families are all different. The children enjoyed talking about their our own families and some chose to draw family pictures too.  The children looked at themselves in a mirror to help them draw a self-portrait.  We have also talked about one of our school values, 'kindness' and what this means when playing and sharing with their friends and classmates.
