On Monday Year 6 were treated to a special performance of Macbeth by the Young Shakespeare Company. A talented troupe of 4 actors transformed the school hall into the wild heaths of Scotland and all of Year 6 fully immersed themselves in the performance. 

On Wednesday many of our Year group travelled to the RSC to see a live performance of Macbeth. This was an incredible performance and school staff were thoroughly impressed with how engaged and respectful the children were during the performance. Even the theatre staff commented on how well they demonstrated the school value of responsibility and our school rule of Be Respectful. 

Hopefully, this will inspire the children with their writing back in school.
