An icy week in Reception! The children enjoyed exploring the blocks of ice in the Reception garden.  Our Drawing Club this week was based on 'The Way Back Home"  by Oliver Jeffers and the children used their segmenting skills to write messages and write about their pictures.  Our main vocabulary this week was 'subitising' in Maths and in Drawing Club, we learned the words, " communicate" , "journey" and "inquisitive."
