We had another fun learning filled week in Reception, learning about dinosaur habitats from the distant past as well as animals that are alive today and related to dinosaurs.  We began dance lessons with Suzanne, our specialist dance teacher and imagined how different dinosaurs might move.  Our Drawing Club story was, " Are the Dinosaurs Dead, Dad?" by Julie Middleton and we drew and wrote about different carnivore and herbivore dinosaurs.  In Maths, we practised adding, subtracting, part-part whole  and doubles as well as lots of subitising. Of course there was lots of time for creating stories in the Role-play and exercising in the garden as well!
