This week we learned about the Emergency Services and today we had a visit from two paramedics Simon and Alex. We learned about their job and how they help people. Some of us got to wear their special jackets and hats. We went inside the ambulance to look at the equipment and we heard the siren.  We also had a visit from two Warwick based police officers, who talked about how they helped people, let us try on their helmets and special protective jackets and let us sit in their police car!

In our Taking Care project, we talked about how our bodies belong to us and how to say no if we don't like someone touching us. We also talked about who we liked getting hugs from and how we felt.  We had our first PE lesson in the hall this week and practised getting changed independently then balancing, jumping safely off equipment and sliding.
