Another great week in Year 2!

In Maths, we have been continuing our work on addition and subtraction. We have started learning how to use our dienes to find answers and we used counters to add three 1-digit numbers. Our number bonds helped us with this!

In Science we have been looking at food chains. We discussed where our own food comes from and how the animals that eat something else are called consumers.

In Music we have been using the djembe drums to practise drumming to a rhythm - our classrooms have been very noisy but we've had great fun!
