Welcome Back!

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and wish you a Happy New Year.

Our Spring term has well and truly started. In Maths we began our unit on multiplication and division. We looked at equal and unequal groups, repeated addition and were introduced to the ‘x’ symbol.

In English, we have been reading the story Dragons Love Tacos. We have been recapping sentence types and how to use commas in a list. We are looking forward to writing our own taco recipe next week.

This half we are learning about Cookery in DT. We started to look at where our food comes from and it was interesting to see how certain foods made it from farm to fork!
