All across school this week, we have been talking about Children's Mental Health Week. In Year 4, we were lucky to enough to be visited by Dr Rampling who came to speak to us about his job as a psychiatrist. Dr Rampling also spoke to us about understanding our feelings and emotions and how this can help us manage our mental well-being. We were able to make links with our PSHE learning from this term, in which we have discussed having a growth mindset as well as how we can reframe our thinking about difficult things that we experience in order to find a more positive outlook.
