After a few weeks of studying surrealist art, artists and techniques, this week Year 4 created their final pieces using mixed media. By using a range of paints, pastels, pens and paper, the children have created some very surreal scenes! There were examples of food floating in the sky, eyes hovering in clouds and strangely coloured mountain scenes. The children were very proud of the final results and it was great to see the progress in their use of a range of media.

In addition to this, Friday saw the return of the Easter Raffle. The children were very excited to bring in their chocolate contributions and it was lovely to see so many donations being made.
