In Maths this week, Year 3 are continuing our learning around shapes. We have started this week looking at the names and properties of 3D shapes. We have had the chance to use straws and tape (or other materials) to make a range of 3D shapes. This has helped us to count and describe their edges, vertices and faces. 
 

It would help us to consolidate our learning if you ask us about the 3D shapes we can see in the world around us when we are out and about!
