This week in Maths, we have been reading 'Never Show a T-Rex a Book' by Rashmi Sirdeshpande.  In Maths we have been creating patterns and also describing position, using words like, "next to, opposite, between, behind, in front, above and below."  We have also started building our junk -model dinosaurs, learning joining skills, like using tabs and flanges to make our models strong.

We ended the week with a fun-filled Languages Day, with German speaking visitors from Myton, Warwick Prep and also one of our Reception Parents who taught us some numbers and other vocabulary, like 'Kopf, Schultern, Knie und Fuss" ready for some fun songs and games. Jo also talked to us about what it was like to live in Germany and brought lots of interesting German food to taste too.
