Coten End Primary School
Week ending 24th March
We had an exciting visit to the Motor Museum this week. We loved looking at all of the old and new cars in the museum and the people who worked there gave us lots of interesting information. We learnt more about Bertha Benz and the first cars that were ever invented. We even got to go on a really old bus which was more than 100 years old! We really enjoyed our day and came back with lots of interesting facts to share.
In Music, we have been composing our own piece of music using body percussion. We then had a go at performing each others pieces of music - it was really fun! In RE, we have learnt about Belonging and talked about what makes us 'us'. We discussed how we all belong to Coten End but some of us are in different teams/groups like Cubs or Rainbows.
In PE, we have been continuing to develop our balancing skills. We are still trying to beat our personal best - timing how long we can stand on one leg for! In computing, we learnt about keeping our personal information safe online.
