This week in Year 3, we continued reading about Lila's journey to Mount Merapi with great excitement.  We used the story to practise using subordinate clauses by writing a ransom note from the pirates to Lila's father, Lalchand.  In Geography, we have been learning about different mountain ranges and how to find them using the index of an atlas.  On Friday, 3CC spent the afternoon at Warwick School making exciting 'fireworks' and learning about chemical reactions.
