Welcome back!

We hope you all had a well-rested half term.

Our next learning theme has begun - Flames and Fireworks! Our first History lesson let us be curious by asking questions to Guy Fawkes and King James I - we can't wait to see if any of our questions will be answered as the weeks go on.

In Maths we continued our work on addition and subtraction. We are looking forward to showing our parents and carers the new methods we have been learning at Come and Learn next week.

In English we created a Bonfire Night poem using Found Poetry - a style of poetry which allows us to magpie ideas from other poems and use them in our own work. We were pretty proud of the results as our poems sounded great!
