Our new topic is Space Explorers and our first four days have been jam-packed, not to mention very cold too! The children discovered what looked like the remains of a spaceship on the field! We read the story Beegu by Alexi Deacon and in Drawing Club designed and labelled our own spaceship. We have been building space-craft and rockets using junk modelling techniques. We also had lots of fun playing with our friends, exploring the ice outside and starting gymnastics in PE as well as many other learning activities.
