In Year 3, this week the children have been dancing with Suzanne on a Wednesday morning.  The theme for the lessons is Ancient Egypt, our Learning Theme for the next half-term, and the children were working in groups to show the three seasons of the River Nile.

In Design and Technology, we have been designing the leaves that we will be sewing next week.  The children used good scissor skills to make accurate leaf-shapes out of felt.

3CC went to Cross Hands Quarry on Wednesday and had a super, sunny day looking at the different rocks and hunting for fossils.  3LA and 3SC can't wait for their visits next week.
